Shikha brings a wealth of experience in the education management sector, specializing in Early Childhood Education, Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Teacher Training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in Montessori Teaching from MMI (UK) Singapore.

Inspired by her own experiences as an educator, Shikha envisioned a company that would address every aspect of a toddler's development — cognitive, emotional, social, and physical. Toddler Mantra was born from this vision, aiming to provide innovative tools, programs, and resources for schools, caregivers, educators, and parents.
